Rooted Move was founded because we saw a better way to move. We rented reusable totes when we moved into our home a couple of years ago and cannot imagine any other way. So many people have no idea that moving without using so much cardboard is even an option, we want to change that! Moving doesn’t have to be stressful or wasteful.
As local business, we’re committed to providing dependable service, clear communication, and a personal touch from the moment you book until the last tote is picked up. Every customer matters to us and we take pride in helping families, individuals, and businesses move with less stress and more confidence.

I’m a wife, mom, and the proud founder of Rooted Move.
For years, I built a successful career in the oil and gas industry. When industry changes and company acquisitions unexpectedly shifted my career path, I chose to see it as an opportunity instead of a setback. It gave me the chance to pursue a dream that had been on my heart for years—building a business that serves our community while giving families an easier, more organized way to move.
As a locally owned and operated business, every reservation means something to me. My goal isn’t just to rent moving totes—it’s to help make one of life’s biggest transitions a little less overwhelming while delivering the kind of customer service I’d want for my own family.
